- — Round Timer (Free). Set 1 to 20 rounds directly on your Apple Watch. Choose round length (1 to 9 min) and rest time (30 sec to 5 min). A bell sounds at the start and end of each round. Punch detection pauses automatically during rest. See per-round punch and G-force breakdowns after every session.
- — AI Punch Classification (Pro ยท Beta). An on-device CoreML model identifies jabs, hooks, and uppercuts in real time. See a color-coded breakdown on the watch summary and iPhone detail view. Per-round punch type distribution is available when the round timer is active.
- — Punch Dynamics (Pro). Go beyond average G-force. See max and min acceleration per workout, with relative punch power recorded for every individual punch. Power trend charts show whether your output is building or declining over time.
- — Training Trends (Pro). Track your progress month over month with flip-card trend charts on the iPhone app. See totals and averages for training time, punch volume, and calories. Trend lines show whether you are improving or declining. Requires at least two complete months of data.
